A lifetime of service and hard work defines Diondra Gray, former REALTOR® and CEO of Diondra Gray & Company, and former Operations Specialist in the U.S. Navy. Serving in demanding roles—from engine rooms to flight decks—shaped her into a resilient professional. “It made me relentless in real estate,” she says. Raised in Hilton Head Island, SC, Diondra attended the University of South Carolina before pursuing leadership roles in hospitality, then enlisting in the Navy. She was stationed at Little Creek on the USS OAK HILL LSD 51, working alongside SEALs and Marines and specializing in ship navigation and intel.
Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2015, Diondra has closed over $84 million in volume and earned multiple Circle of Excellence awards. She credits her mother, Carmen Washington—a Hilton Head real estate broker—as her inspiration: “She made me get my license, She always told me I would be great at it although I never wanted to be in Real Estate. My mother saw the vision before I did. I am forever grateful.” Diondra laughs.
